How long will delivery of my furniture take?
We normally despatch all orders received by 10am, the same day. Depending on the size of your order and your location within the UK, delivery tales between 1 and 3 working days.
Is the furniture already assembled?
Most of our furniture is shipped to you in either fold down form, in which case it can be put to use within minutes, or easily assembled knock-down form, this will require a few basic tools to assemble the furniture and will only take minutes to do, following the very easy instructions.
Do I need to treat my new teak furniture?
All our teak furniture comes pre-oiled. This makes the furniture have a deeped colour when new, to maintain this colour, the furniture should be oiled every year.
If the furniture is left, un treated, it will last just as long, as teak is high in natural oils, the colour will change slowly to a lighter silver grey as the furniture weathers.
Is there a warranty on Woodland Teak furniture?
All our furniture comes with a 12 month warranty against faulty parts or workmanship. General wear and tear, misuse, weathering, cracking etc are not covered under the warranty.
Is the furniture from an envionmentally freindly source?
All of our furniture is made from teak grown in Government run plantations on Java Island. This ensures that there is no damage to the envionment, by replanting the forestation.
Do you supply custom made furniture?
We can have furniture made to any design. Please contact with your requirments.
